<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Anibal E Gomez and single
<br />person and Sara Canales -Fuentes, a single person, as Borrower to Daniel A. Smith, an attorney
<br />and member in good standing of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of Center for Rural Affairs, as Lender, dated July 17, 2015, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, as Instrument Number 201504873 in the Book of Mortgages
<br />has been paid, and the Lender has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by her endorsement above.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Lender, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate as described below:
