<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated December 20, 2019, and Assignment of Rents dated December 20, 2019, executed by PHIL
<br />A MADER and LINDA L MADER; Husband and Wife; as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument NO 201908038 on the 20th day of December, 2019, and as Instrument NO
<br />201908039 on the 20th day of December, 2019.
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW1/4) OF SECTION FOURTEEN (14), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12)
<br />NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A
<br />CERTAIN TRACT DEEDED TO HALL COUNTY, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN
<br />WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN THE HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE AS
<br />DOCUMENT NO. 95-102057.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust and Assignment of Rents has
<br />been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust and
<br />Assignment of Rents, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 5th day of November, 2020.
