<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Dana Point Development Corporation, a Wyoming
<br />Corporation, by and through Matthew Thomas, its President, Timm Autumn Park, LLC, a Nebraska
<br />limited liability company, by and through Milan E. Timm, President of M. Timm Development, a California
<br />Corporation, its manager, Midwest Housing Development Fund, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation by and
<br />through Lara Huskey, its Executive Vice President and RGA Insurance Company, a corporation organized
<br />and existing under the laws of the State of Missouri, by and through Christopher Dolan, its Vice President
<br />Portfolio Management, being the sole owners of the land described hereon have caused the same to be
<br />surveyed, subdivided, platted and designated as "MCCOY MEADOWS SECOND', a subdivision in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. as shown on the accompanying plat, and do hereby dedicate the
<br />streets as shown thereon to the public for their use forever, and the easements as shown thereon for the
<br />location, construction and maintenance of public service utilities, together with the right of ingress and
<br />egress there to, and hereby prohibits the planting of trees, bushes and shrubs, or placing other
<br />obstructions upon, over, along or underneath the surface of such easements, and further dedicates the
<br />outlots to the public for utilities and ingress and egress purposes; and that the foregoing subdivision as
<br />more particularly described in the description hereon as it appears on the plat is made with the free
<br />consent and in accordance with the desires of the undersigned owner and proprietor.
