<br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO -WIT: BEGINNING AT A POINT 40 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST
<br />CORNER OF LOT 5, IN BLOCK 1, OF GIDEON'S ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN,
