Box 505 <br />Cairo, NE 68824 <br />SEVERANCE AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between Donald R. Gill and Laurel <br />K. Gill, husband and wife, and Gill Farms, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation. <br />WHEREAS, Donald R. Gill and Laurel K. Gill, Husband and Wife, are the owners of the <br />following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land in the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2NW1/4) of <br />Section Four (4), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Southwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section Four (4), then east and along the <br />south boundary of said section a distance of Four Hundred Thirty Five (435) feet, thence <br />north and parallel to the west boundary of said section a distance of Four Hundred Eighty <br />Five (485) feet, thence west and parallel to the south boundary of said section a distance <br />of Four Hundred Thirty Five (435) feet, thence south along the west boundary of said <br />section a distance of Four Hundred Eighty Five (485) feet to the point of beginning, said <br />tract containing 4.8 acres more or less. <br />WHEREAS, Gill Farms, Inc., has made certain improvements to said real estate, and the <br />parties desire to reduce to writing their agreement and understanding concerning the ownership <br />to the improvements thereon and their rights of removal. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Gill Farms, Inc. is the sole owners of the following grain bins and all related attachments <br />and equipment located on the said real estate: <br />1 — 36' diameter 17,000 bushel Reed -Joseph grain bin with 15 h.p. fan and drying floor <br />1 — 36' diameter 17,000 bushel MFS grain bin with 15 h.p. fan and drying floor with <br />power sweep <br />1 — 36' diameter 25,000 bushel Stormor grain bin with 20 h.p. fan and drying floor with <br />power sweep <br />1 — 48' diameter 60,000 bushel Sukup grain bin with 2- 20 h.p. centrifugal fans, with <br />drying floor, u -trough power sweep, intellifarms monitor system <br />1 — 48' diameter 44,000 bushel GSI grain bin with 30 h.p. centrifugal fan, drying floor <br />and 8" power sweep <br />Donald R. Gill and Laurel K. Gill hereby disclaim any and all interest in and to the <br />above-described bins and equipment, and state and agree that said items are the personal <br />property of Gill Farms, Inc., and Gill Farms, Inc., hereby accepts title to the above-described <br />(PAD <br />
