<br />Matamoros Pouza, Husband and Wife, as Trustor(s), to Robert Schafer, Attorney, as Trustee for the
<br />Center for Rural Affairs, as Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument Number
<br />201508782 in Book of Mortgages, in the official records of Hall County, Nebraska, hereby appoints and
<br />substitutes DANIEL A. SMITH, Smith Law Office, P.O. Box 250, Lyons, NE 68038, as Trustee, in lieu
<br />of the above named Trustee under said Deed of Trust, affecting the following -described real estate:
<br />LOT FOUR (4), IN SASS SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />As such duly appointed and substituted Trustee, DANIEL A. SMITH accepts said appointment as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust, and, as Successor Trustee, and pursuant to the request of said owners
<br />and holders and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust.
