The undersigned, Jamie L. Jankovitz, being first duly sworn
<br />upon oath, deposes and states as follows:

<br />1. That she is of legal age and the Trust Officer of Wells
<br />Fargo Bank Nebraska N.A., Personal Representative of the Estate of
<br />Orville E. Gosda, Deceased.
<br />2. That attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated
<br />herein by reference appears a Death Certificate of Laura Bertha
<br />Gosda, who died August 17, 1976; at the time of her death, Laura
<br />Bertha Gosda was the spouse of Orville E. Gosda, and the owner with
<br />him in joint tenancy with rights of survivorship of the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />The East Half (E1 /2) of the West Nineteen (19) acres of the
<br />East Twenty (20) acres of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Eleven (11) , Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />together with other land.
<br />By virtue of the death of Laura Bertha Gosda, her surviving
<br />spouse, Orville E. Gosda, became the owner of the above - described
<br />real estate.
<br />3. Laura Bertha Gosda died August 17, 1976.
