<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made as of the 2-1 day of October, 2020. The Trustor
<br />(whether one or more) is BRIAN SCOTT NORTON, whose address for purposes of notices in

<br />sometimes identified herein as "Borrower". The Trustee is CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, Attorney at

<br />Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801. The Beneficiary is LISA JO NORTON, whose address
<br />for purposes of notification under this Deed of Trust is 1508 W. Division, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68801 and is sometimes identified herein as "Lender".
<br />BORROWER IRREVOCABLY CONVEYS TO TRUSTEE, IN TRUST, WITH
<br />POWER OF SALE, THE FOLLOWING:

<br />Southeast Half (SE'/2) of Section Twenty -Nine (29), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot Ten (10); running thence North 88 degrees 46
<br />'/2 minutes West, along the North line of said Lot Ten (10), Three Hundred Thirty
<br />(330.0) feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot Ten (10); running thence South 0

<br />Seventy-five (375.0) feet; running thence North 83 degrees 42 '/2 minutes East, Three

<br />to the place of beginning, EXCEPT a tract of land more particularly described in
<br />Warranty Deed dated June 17, 1991 and recorded June 18, 1991 as Document No. 91-
<br />103829 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Bonsall Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom the South 50 feet of said Lot
<br />Three (3).

<br />rights, privileges, and appurtenances located thereon or in anywise pertaining thereto, and the
<br />rents, issues and profits, reversions and remainders thereof, and such personal property that is

<br />and cooling equipment, and together with the homestead or marital interests, if any, which
