DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />Whereas, the undersigned, TICOR TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, % NEBRASKA TITLE
<br />COMPANY, as trustee under the trust deed, dated April 26, 2000, executed by WILLIAM C. WIELAND
<br />and SUSAN R. WIELAND, husband and wife, as trustor, in which GRANT COUNTY BANK, 201 S.
<br />MAIN, ULYSSES, KANSAS 67880, is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned is named as trustee, and
<br />recorded on May 3, 2000, in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, the same being as Inst. No. 200003585,
<br />has received from Grant County Bank, aforesaid, the beneficiary under the trust deed, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by the trust deed have been paid in full and that the trust deed and
<br />the note or notes secured by the trust deed have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for
<br />cancellation.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with that request and the provisions of the trust deed, the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled the
<br />estate now held by it under the trust deed.
