Prataria owns real property legally described as: Lot 3, Prairie Commons Second <br />Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Prataria Property"). <br />B. Prairie Commons owns real property legally described as Lot 2, Prairie Commons <br />Second Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Prairie Commons <br />Property"). <br />C. GI Hospital owns real property legally described as: Lot 1, Prairie Commons <br />Second Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "GI Hospital <br />Property") . <br />D. Grantee desires to obtain a utility easement for a sewer line across a portion of <br />the GI Hospital Property as generally depicted and legally described on the <br />attached and incorporated Exhibit "A". <br />E.
