CERTIFICATION OF TRUST ROSELAN G. DUNAGAN and TIMOTHY L. DUNAGAN, being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and state that: 1. Delaine A. Dunagan created the Delaine A. Dunagan Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated August 18, 1998 (the "Trust") wherein Delaine A. Dunagan designated himself as the initial Trustee of said Trust and Roselan G. Dunagan and Timothy L. Dunagan as first successor Co -Trustees and Ricky D. Dunagan as a replacement successor Co -Trustee of the Trust. 2. From the date of the creation of the Trust until February 28, 2019, Delaine A. Dunagan served as Trustee of the Trust; 3. Delaine A. Dunagan died on February 28, 2019; 4. The Trust Agreement is irrevocable due to the death of the decedent, Delaine A. Dunagan and is still in full force and effect; 5. Pursuant to ARTICLE VIII, Paragraph B. of the Trust Agreement, the Delaine A. Dunagan Family Trust ("Family Trust") was created as a result of the death of Delaine A. Dunagan and Affiants, Roselan G. Dunagan and Timothy L. Dunagan are serving as Co -Trustees of said Family Trust; 6. The Family Trast is irrevocable due to the death of the decedent, Delaine A. Dunagan and is in full force and effect; 7. The terms of the Trust Agreement grant Affiants as Co -Trustees all powers under the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code; 8. The Internal Revenue Service has issued a taxpayer identification number for the Delaine A. Dunagan Family Trust; 9. Delaine A. Dunagan, surviving spouse of Grantor, Delaine A. Dunagan, is the sole beneficiary of said Family. Trust during her lifetime and Timothy L. Dunagan, Ricky D.
