<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by JEANIE COOPER, a single person, Trustor, to DUANE A.
<br />BURNS, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of TRANSPORTATION
<br />EQUIPMENT CO., INC., a Nebraska corporation, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated April 18, 1994, and recorded April 18, 1994, as
<br />Document N. 94- 103154, Register of Deeds Office, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and the addendum thereto which was dated January 13, 1005
<br />and filed January 13, 1995, as Document No. 95- 100221,has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, for valuable consideration and in accordance
<br />with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust and Addendum to Deed of Trust in the following- described
<br />premises:
<br />The Southerly Eighty -t*vo (82) Feet of Lot Eight (8),
<br />Block Eight ( 8 ) in the Original Town, now City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />The North Fifty (50) Feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Eight
<br />(8) in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
