Williams and Margaret A. Williams, a married couple, herein called the GRANTOR, <br />whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received <br />from GRANTEE, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Arnold C. Wenn and Linda C. <br />Wenn, herein called the GRANTEE, whether one or more, the following described real estate in Hall <br />County, Nebraska (as defined in Neb. Rev.
