• ORDINANCE NO. -5 4' 5 • • 202008125 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CRANE VIEW THIRD SUBDIVISION AND INCORPORATING THE SAME WITHIN THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. WHEREAS a subdivision plat has been prepared requesting the real estate known as Crane View Third Subdivision be treated as an addition to the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska and incorporated within the limits thereof, signed by the owners of said real estate; and WHEREAS a public hearing was held before the Regional Planning Commission on the 7th day of October, 2020, which accepted the subdivision as proposed; and WHEREAS at a pubic hearing held before the board of trustees for the Village of Doniphan on October 12, 2020, said Board of Trustees accepted the said subdivision and the request for annexation; and WHEREAS it appears that the annexation of said real estate and the acceptance of such subdivision is in the best interest of the community of the Village of Doniphan. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN, NEBRASKA as follows: SECTION 1. Acceptance. The Final Plat for Crane View Third Subdivision is hereby accepted and approved subject to completion of a written subdivision agreement in a form approved by the Village. SECTION 2.. Annexation. There is hereby annexed to the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska and incorporated within the corporate boundaries thereof the following territory adjoining the present corporate boundaries of the Village: CRANE VIEW THIRD SUBDIVISION, an addition to the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska SECTION 3. New Corporate Limits. The corporate limits of the Village of Doniphan are hereby extended and increased so as to include and embrace within the corporate limits of the Village of Doniphan their territory described in Section 1. hereof, and such territory is hereby declared to be part of the Village of Doniphan.
