nn <br />rn <br />c n <br />Z <br />d <br />n = <br />ORDINANCE NO. 301 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE THE ALLEY LOCATED IN LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, <br />AND 8 OF BLOCK 1., CLARKSON' S FIRST ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF <br />ALDA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ALDA, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. Jeremiah J. Kaspar and MCJK, LLC, the owners of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, <br />5, 6, 7, and 8 Of Block 1, Clarkson's First Addition to the Village of Alda have requested <br />that the alley located in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of Block 1, Clarkson's First Addition <br />to the Village of Alda be vacated. <br />SECTION 2. In accordance with this request and recommendation, the alley <br />located in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of Block 1, Clarkson's First Addition to the <br />Village of Alda is hereby vacated subject to the following reservation contained in <br />Section 3, below. <br />SECTION 3. The Village. of Alda expressly reserves an easement located five <br />feet to each side of the sewer main located in the vacated alley located in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, <br />5, 6, 7, and 8 Of Block 1, Clarkson's First Addition to the Village of Alda. <br />SECTION 4. The Alda. Village Clerk shall cause a true and correct copy of this <br />ordinance to be recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds at the cost of <br />the owner. <br />SECTION 5.
