Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by MIGUEL LOPEZ <br />and LUZ MARIA LOPEZ, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, for GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR <br />HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary a Nebraska Corporation, is named as the Beneficiary, <br />dated October 6, 2000, and recorded on October 30, 2000, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska Document Nos. 200009404 and 200009405, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing <br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee <br />reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee <br />pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
