<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Duane A. Burns, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, whose
<br />mailing address is 308 N. Locust Street, Suite 306, Grand Island, NE 68801-5984, is hereby appointed Successor
<br />Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by MIGUEL LOPEZ and LUZ MARIA LOPEZ, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor, in which GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, is named
<br />as the Beneficiary, dated October 6, 2000, and recorded on October 30, 2000, in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska Document Nos. 200009404 and 200009405, regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by MIGUEL LOPEZ
<br />and LUZ MARIA LOPEZ, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, for GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR
<br />HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary a Nebraska Corporation, is named as the Beneficiary,
<br />dated October 6, 2000, and recorded on October 30, 2000, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska Document Nos. 200009404 and 200009405, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
<br />pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee and Deed of Reconvevance.
<br />The Southerly Sixty -Four (64) Feet of Lot One (1), Block One Hundred Twenty -Nice (129), Union
