<br />organized under the laws of the State of South Dakota and
<br />authorized to conduct business in the State of Nebraska, GRANTOR,
<br />does hereby quitclaim, convey and assign to SOUTHEAST CROSSINGS,
<br />L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, in consideration of
<br />TRANSFER OF MEMBERSHIP INTEREST, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, all of the GRANTOR's interest in the following
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(NW1 /4 SW1 /4) of Section Twenty -Seven (27), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M., in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described on attached Exhibit "A" incorporated herein by
<br />reference,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim; or
<br />demand whatsoever of said NRANTOR, of, in or to the same, or any
<br />part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with the GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />1. Is lawfully seized of the real estate and has good right
<br />and lawful authority to sell the same.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GRENOBLE INVESTMENTS, L.L.C., A South
<br />Dakota Limited Liability Company, GRANTOR, has caused these
