NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />T l <br />You are hereby notified that Somphone Bouasym and Manivanh Bouasym, husband and wife, <br />Trustors, did on or about March 31, 2000, make, execute and deliver to Jerry J. Milner, Attorney at Law, <br />as Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property: <br />"Lot Two (2), Block Sixty Six (66), Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska" <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Associates Financial Services <br />Company of Nebraska, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, <br />which Deed of Trust was recorded on April 4, 2000 in Instrument No. 2000 -02637 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the <br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on November 5, 2000 through August 5, 2001, <br />together with interest accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds <br />Act, appointed Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, and that notice is hereby given <br />that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid <br />principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause <br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation. <br />d-t' <br />Dated this S day of August, 2001. <br />Mic e ) .
