<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 200009291
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by LARSON
<br />CONSTRUCTION, INC., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, Trustor, to U.S. BANK NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, Trustee for the benefit of U. S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated FEBRUARY 11, 1999 and FILED FEBRUARY 25, 1999 IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS
<br />OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AS DOCUMENT NO. 99- 102048, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
