<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by die Trust Deed executed
<br />by EDWARD F. SAPIKOWSKI AND CHARLOTTE SAPIKOWSKI, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to STEWART TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY , Trustee
<br />for the benefit of WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL, NEBRASKA
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, dated DECEMBER 17, 1999 , and recorded
<br />DECEMBER 23, 1999

<br />In RM99 112081 at RAW has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered,

<br />remise, release and reconvey to due person and persons entidcd thereto all the interrct snd estate
