DC7 (-* <br />Co <br />QUIT CLAIM DEED <br />� <br />This indenture, made this 2 'day of �� , in the year 2020 by and between: <br />Connie G. O'Brien, sole trustee under the Connie G. O'Brien Living Trust, dated on or about <br />September 30, 2010, of the first part, Grantor, and Tammie Carmichael and Laurie Weyers, as <br />tenants in common, of the second part, Grantee. <br />WITNESSETH: that the said party of the first part, has remised, released, and quit -claimed, and <br />by these presents does remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said party of the second part <br />all of his right, title and interest in: <br />All that part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) lying South of the Railroad right of Way in <br />Section Thirty Three (33), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW <br />1/4 SW 1/4) of Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West <br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning <br />at the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 SW <br />Vs); thence Easterly along the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />SW1/4 SW1/4), a distance of Three Hundred Ninety Nine and Seventy One Hundredths <br />399.71) feet; t hence deflecting right 89° 31' and running Southerly a distance of Three <br />Hundred Ninety Five (395.0) feet; thence deflecting right 77° 38' and running Southwesterly, <br />a distance of Four Hundred Fourteen and Six Tenths (414.6) feet, to the West line of said <br />Section Twenty Eight (28) thence Northerly along the West line of said Section Twenty <br />Eight (28), a distance of Four Hundred Eighty Seven (487.0) feet to the place of beginning <br />and containing 4.071 acres more or less <br />together with all and singular hereditaments thereunto belonging. To have and to hold the above- <br />described premises unto the said grantees and to grantees' heirs and assigns forever so that neither <br />the said grantor(s), nor any person in his, her or their name and behalf, shall or will hereafter claim <br />or demand any right or title to the said premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them <br />shall be these presents be excluded and forever barred. <br />
