CANTERO, Owner, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee". <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the <br />terms and conditions, under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following <br />described improvement which will infringe upon a public utility easement: <br />Installation, maintenance, and repair of wooden fence, with a minimum 36" gate at the north and <br />south end, to enclose backyard on the property addressed as 2748 N Webb Road, per attached <br />Exhibit "A", dated 2020/08/28. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the following <br />described real estate adjacent to the Licensor's public utility easement to which this License Agreement <br />shall apply: <br />PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1/4) OF SECTION ONE (1), TOWNSHIP <br />ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON <br />THE EAST LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 'A) OF SECTION ONE (1), <br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., WHICH <br />POINT IS FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE AND FOUR TENTHS (469.4) FEET SOUTH OF <br />THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE '/<) OF SAID <br />SECTION ONE (1), RUNNING THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE <br />SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE'/.) OF SAID SECTION ONE (1), ONE HUNDRED FIFTY- <br />THREE AND TWO TENTHS (153.2) FEET; RUNNING THENCE WEST PARALLEL TO <br />THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 'A) OF SAID SECTION ONE <br />(1), TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE (285.0) FEET; RUNNING THENCE NORTH <br />PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE '/.)
