<br />TRACT 1: The South one-half of Section 36, Township 13 North, Range 8, West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Merrick County, Nebraska, LESS a plat of a tract of land comprising a part of the
<br />Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 13 North, Range 8, West of the 6th P.M., Merrick
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of
<br />said Southwest Quarter; thence easterly along and upon the North line of said Southwest Quarter,
<br />a distance of three hundred feet; thence deflecting right 89°13'30" and running southerly for a
<br />distance of three hundred feet; thence deflecting right 90°46'30" and running westerly for a
<br />distance of three hundred feet to a point on the west line of said Southwest Quarter; thence
<br />northerly along and upon the west line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of three hundred
<br />feet to the point of beginning and containing 2.07 acres, more or less of which 0.23 of an acre,
<br />more or less, is presently occupied by public road right right-of-way, henceforth known as Tax

<br />TRACT 4: The Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 12 North, Range 10, West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, except the tract of land described as follows: A portion of the
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 12 North, Range 10, West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and running West long the
<br />North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 660.02 feet; thence a
<br />deflecting angle left 134°45'20", and running 929.42 feet Southeasterly to a point on the East
<br />line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence a deflecting angle left 134°45'20"
<br />and running North 660.02 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.00 acres, more or less, the

<br />distance of 2,304.04 feet to the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence northerly along the
<br />east line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 2,358.84 feet; thence west 66 feet; thence deflecting left
