The Petitioner was present in Court and iepresented by her <br />attorney, D. Steven Leininger, of Luebs, Tracy,Dowding, Beltzer and <br />• Leininger, and the Respondent was present in Court and represented <br />by his attorney, Lloyd W. Kelly, of Kelly, Kelly & Kelly. <br />Testimeav was taken and,.evidence introduced and the Court being <br />fully advised in the matter, takes said matter under advisement. <br />NOW, on this 16th day of August, 1977, the above matter came <br />on for further hearing and the Court finds as folbws, to -wit: <br />L. Tae Court has jurisdiction aver the parties amd the subject <br />matter of this action. <br />2. Neieher partly. is a member of the Armed Services of the United <br />States. <br />3. That the marriage is irretrievably broken and irreconcilable <br />and should be dissolved. <br />IT IS TBB,REFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT as <br />follows <br />1. That the marriage between the Petitioner arid- Responidat. ahadld <br />be, and the game hereby i4 dissolved. <br />2. The Petitioner is hereby awarded the 1977 Thunderbird <br />automobile, identification number, 7G87 H224 289, and the stock <br />shares. <br />3.
