20200'7437 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY <br />All of OWNERS undivided interest in: <br />Lot Three (3), in Block Six (6), in Claussen Country View Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Known as 817 South Vine Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />PRIMARY BENEFICARY <br />We designate the following beneficiary: <br />Craig Alan Stueven <br />In case the above-named beneficiary predeceases one or both owners, the <br />deceased beneficiary's share shall go to the children of such deceased beneficiary, in <br />equal shares. <br />TRANSFER ON DEATH <br />Upon the death of Robert Carl Stueven, we transfer our interest in the described <br />property to the beneficiary as designated above.
