<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust Dated March 29, 2019 and executed by Travis D Meier and Heather
<br />M Meier, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
