<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated March 28, 2017, and Assignment of Rents dated March 28, 2017, among ERIC DELANCEI, A
<br />Single Person, and MATHEW S PREISENDORF, A Married Man, and ARLENE M PREISENDORF; His Wife
<br />("Trustor"); Five Points, whose address is West Branch, 2009 N Diers Ave., PO Box 1507, Grand Island, NE
<br />68802 (referred to below sometimes as "Lender" and sometimes as "Beneficiary'); and Five Points Bank,
<br />whose address is P.0 Box 1507, Grand Island, NE 68802-1507 (referred to below as "Trustee"), and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument NO. 201701896 on the 28th day of March, 2017, and as Instrument NO. 201701897 on the
<br />28th day of March, 2017, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:

<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1024 N EDDY ST, GRAND ISLAND, NE
<br />68801. The Reapl Property tax identification number is 400029774.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust and Assignment of Rents has
<br />been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust and
<br />Assignment of Rents, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 22nd day of September, 2020.
