<br />order set forth,
<br />(1) premium charges under gilt; contract of insurance witlhr

<br />be;
<br />(11) Xnxrid rents, taxes, aswssmenr5, fire and other hazard

<br />(iV) amortization of the principal of said note; and

<br />Any deficiency in the amount of such aggregate monthly pay-
<br />ment shall, unless made good by the Borrower prior to the due
<br />date of the next such psymitnt. comutute an event of default
<br />under this mortgage. The Lender may collect a "late charge" not
<br />to erected four cents (44) for each dollar ($l) of each payme�,t

<br />provisions of this instrument resulting in a public sale of the
<br />premises covered hereby, er if the Lender acquires the property
<br />otherwise after default,. tote Lender shall apply, at the time of the

<br />5. 1-hc Borrower. will pay all taxes which may be levied upon
<br />the lender's interest in said real estate and improvements, and
<br />which may be levied upon this instrument or the debt secured
<br />hereby (but only to the extent that such is not prohibited by law
<br />and only to the extent that such wilt not make this loan usurious),
<br />but secluding any income tax, State of l:edwal. imposed on
<br />i - ender. and will file the official receipt showing f;wuh payment
<br />with the Lender. Upon violation of this undertsl YTetr, or if the
<br />Borrower is prohibited by any law now or herearcer existing from
<br />paying the whole or any portion of the aforesaid taxes. or upon
<br />the rendering of any court decree prohibiting the payment by the
<br />Borrower of any such taxes, or if such law or decree provides that
<br />any amount so paid by the Borrower shall be credited on the debt,
<br />the Lender shall have the right to give ninety days' written notice
<br />to the owner of the premises. requiring the payment of the debt.
<br />If such notice be given. the said debt shall become due. payable
<br />and collectible at the expiration of said ninety days.
<br />6. That Should the Borrower fail to pay any sum or keep any
<br />i.vvenant provided for in this instrument. then the !.ender. at its
<br />option, may pay or perform the same. and all expenditures so
