<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />by KELVIN E. KLEEB, TRUSTEE OF THE KELVIN E. KLEEB REVOCABLE LIVING
<br />TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 22, 2011, AS AMENDED and SUSAN ALLAN KLEEB,
<br />TRUSTEE OF THE SUSAN ALLAN KLEEB REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED
<br />FEBRUARY 22, 2011, AS AMENDED, to BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of DENNIS KRUG and SUSAN I. LUECHT, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights
<br />of survivorship, the Beneficiaries named therein, dated July 6, 2017, and recorded July 6, 2017 as
<br />Instrument No. 201704533 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, the said Benefici-
<br />aries have requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and deliv-
<br />ered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiaries named therein, the undersigned, as Successor Trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Successor Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following -described
<br />premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1/4SW1/4), Section Twenty -
<br />Three (23), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
