NEBRASKA KNOWN AS THE "CRANE -VIEW SUBDIVISION" OF HALL <br />COUNTY. NEBRASKA AND 1.72 ACRES. MORE OR LESS LOCATED IN THE <br />SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1/4) OF SECTION ONE (1), TOWNSHIP NINE (9) <br />NORTH, RANGE TEN (10), WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA; REPEAL OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR <br />THE VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY. The Village of Doniphan <br />hereby finds that the following described real estate is contiguous <br />to the Village of Doniphan, is suburban in character and not rural <br />in character, to -wit: <br />1. The Crane -View Subdivision of Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />2. The East Fifty Feet (50') of a tract of land located <br />in the East Half (E 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE <br />1/4) of Section One (1). Township Nine (9) North, Range <br />Ten (10), West of the Sixth P.H., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the East Quarter (E 1/4) Corner of said <br />Section One (1); thence on an assumed bearing of N 89' <br />22' 50" East (E) along the North (N) Line of said <br />Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) a distance of Seventy Feet <br />(70.00') to a point on the Westerly Right -of -Way of U.S. <br />Highway 281; thence South (S) 00° 00' 00" West (W) alone <br />the said Right -of -Way a distance of Four Hundred Thirty <br />Feet (430.00') to the Southeast (SE) Corner of Lot One <br />(1), Crane -View Subdivision, also being the point of <br />beginning; thence continuing South (S) 00° 00' 00" West <br />(W) along said highway Right -of -Way a distance of One <br />Thousand Five Hundred Two and Thirty -Four Hundredths Feet <br />(1,502.34') to the Northeast (NE) Corner of Nebraska <br />Public Power District (NPPD) Property; thence South (S) <br />89° 18' 28' West (W) along the North (N) line of said <br />NPPD Property a distance of Fifty Feet (50.00'); thence <br />North (N) 00' 00' 00" East (E) and parallel to the said <br />highway Right -of -Way a distance of One Thousand Five <br />Hundred Two and Forty Hundredths Feet (1,502.40') to a <br />point on the South (S) line of said Lot One (1), Crane - <br />View Subdivision; thence North (N) 89° 22' 50" East (E) <br />along the said South (S) line of said Lot One (1), a <br />distance of Fifty Feet (50.00') to the point of <br />beginning. Said tract contains 1.72 acres, more or less. <br />and that it should be, and is hereby annexed into the Village of <br />Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />
