<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS, Juan M. Perez -Hernandez and Ana L. Carbajal, husband and
<br />wife, of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, executed a Deed of Trust
<br />dated May 18, 2020, duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County
<br />of Hall, State of Nebraska on May 20, 2020, as Instrument Number 202003251 of the
<br />Mortgage Record, in said office, conveying to
<br />CHARTER WEST BANK,
<br />certain real estate, in trust, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned
<br />therein. Said real estate is described as follows:
<br />The West Twenty -Five (25) feet of Lot Fourteen (14) and the East Thirty-four (34)
<br />feet of Lot Thirteen (13), in Block Three (3), in Cunningham Subdivision, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />AND, WHEREAS, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said
<br />trust have been fully satisfied;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE in consideration of the premises, and the sum of ONE
<br />DOLLAR, ($1.00) to it in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />CHARTER WEST BANK, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the present
<br />owner or owners the said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said
<br />owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest which it has under and by virtue
<br />of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust particularly
<br />described, reference to which is hereby made for greater certainty.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the privileges
<br />and appurtenances thereto belonging forever. AND FURTHER, that said Trust Deed is,
<br />by these presents to be considered as fully and absolutely released, canceled and
<br />forever discharged.
