6LL900Z0Z <br />Prepared by & return to: <br />Union Bank and Trust Co. <br />Loan Operations -Calvert 3 <br />4732 Calvert Street <br />Lincoln NE 68501 <br />402.323.1550 <br />Deed of Trust Subordination Agreement <br />rn <br />ff) <br />2003901885 <br />This Agreement is made this 12th day of August, 2020 by and between Union Bank and Trust <br />Company ("Lender"), and Union Bank and Trust Company ("Refinancer"). <br />Lender is the beneficiary under a Deed of Trust (the "Junior Deed of Trust") executed by Jeffrey <br />J Kostbahn and Diane K Kostbahn, husband and wife, Trustor ("Borrower") to Union Bank and Trust <br />Company, Trustee and Beneficiary to secure the sum of $10,000.00 dated May 1, 2020 and filed in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on May 6, 2020 as Instrument No. 202002808 <br />encumbering the real property described therein (collectively, the "Property"). Refinancer is the Lender <br />under a Deed of Trust (the "Senior Deed of Trust") to be executed by Borrower encumbering the property <br />described herein.
