<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, CENTER FOR RURAL AFFAIRS, A Nebraska Non -Profit Corporation, present
<br />Beneficiary, as owner and holder of the Note secured by the Deed of Trust, dated March 16, 2011 made
<br />by Tomas P Mateo and Isabel Mateo, Husband and Wife, as Trustor(s), to Robert Schaffer, as Trustee for
<br />CENTER FOR RURAL AFFAIRS, a Nebraska Non -Profit Corporation, as Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust
<br />was recorded as Instrument Number 0201102736 in Hall County, Nebraska, hereby appoints and
<br />substitutes DANIEL A. SMITH, whose address is Smith Law Office, P.O. Box 250, Lyons, NE 68038, as
<br />Trustee, in lieu of the above named Trustee under said Deed of Trust, affecting the following -described real
<br />estate:
<br />Westerly Forty Four (44) Feet of Lot 6 in Block Eighty Three (83), Original Town of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />As such duly appointed and substituted Trustee, Daniel A. Smith, accepts said appointment as Trustee,
<br />under said Deed of Trust, and, as Successor Trustee, and pursuant to the request of said Owner and Holder
<br />and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, all the estate title and interest now held by said Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust.
