Niemoth and Amy M. Dizingle-Niemoth, husband and wife, <br />("Trustor"), whose mailing address is 772 West 94th Street, Hastings, Nebraska 68901; Matthew D. <br />Baack, Attorney at Law ("Trustee"), whose mailing address is PO Box 907, Hastings, Nebraska 68902- <br />0907; and Gwen K. Weber, a single person, ("Beneficiary"), whose mailing address is 8309 Jackson <br />Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68114. <br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers, conveys and assigns to <br />Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and <br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the real property, located in the County of <br />Adams, State of Nebraska, and described as follows (the "Property"): <br />The North Half (N'/2) and the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Thirty -Five (35), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the Gtr P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />TOGETHER WITH, all rents, easements, appurtenances, hereditaments, interests in adjoining <br />roads, streets and alleys, improvements and buildings of any kind situated thereon and all personal <br />property that may be or hereafter become an integral part of such buildings and improvements, all <br />crops raised thereon, and all water rights. <br />
