<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND THE FORTY-TWO
<br />(42) FEET ADJACENT TO THE NORTH OF IT WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY LAID OUT AS A PORTION OF
<br />11TH STREET IN SAID CITY, BEING A TRACT OF LAND 75 FEET BY 132 FEET.
<br />And whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee as Trustee instead of the said
<br />original Trustee. Therefore, the undersigned, as present Beneficiary, hereby substitutes Nancy L. Loftis, Esq. as
<br />Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
