Francis, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference to �D((eed o Trust wherein Dale L. <br />ieseman and Cynthia L. Wieseman, husband wife, are Beneficiary and Steven F. Chandler and Tami L. <br />handler, husband and wife, are Trustor and William A. Francis, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the payment <br />f valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on July 11, 2011, and identified as <br />ocument No. 0201105105, conveying to Trustee, his successors and assigns, a certain parcel of real <br />state described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />11 <br />A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW'' SE'') of Section <br />Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6`t' P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a <br />stake 16 links East of the Southwest (SW) corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE'/) of <br />Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6`t' <br />P.M., running thence North variation 11° 00' East, on a line parallel to the West line of <br />said quarter section, Eleven and Fifty Hundredths (11.50) chains to a stake; thence North <br />89° 00' East, Five and Twenty Five Hundredths (5.25) chains to a stake; thence South <br />One and Ninety Hundredths (1.90) chains to a stake in the center of Prairie Creek; <br />thence up to the center of said Prairie Creek to a stake on the South line of said quarter <br />section, Eight and Eight Hundredths (8.08) chains East of the Southwest (SW) corner of <br />said quarter section, thence West along the said south line of the said Southeast Quarter <br />(SE'/) of said Section Fourteen (14), to a point of beginning. <br />nd the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the <br />state conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />escribed be now released to said Trustor. <br />•I <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto said <br />rustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the <br />.ove-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or <br />. pertaining. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />COUNTY OF ALACHUA <br />SS: <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />CI,vS0 , by William A.
