<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by MICHAEL R FLODMAN and
<br />DEBRA L FLODMAN. HUSBAND AND WIFE.
<br />to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK , Trustee for the
<br />benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK , the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated November 15, 1999 and recorded November 24, 1999 in the office of the

<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
