<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 01/30/2015 and recorded on 02/17/2015, recorded as Instrument #201500959; Trust Deed
<br />Addendum recorded 06/10/2015, recorded as Instrument #201503869; executed by Jeff J. Williams, A/K/A
<br />Jeffrey J. Williams and Janine S. Williams, Husband and Wife, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central
<br />City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Jeff J. Williams A/K/A Jeffrey J. Williams and Janine S.
<br />Williams, Husband and Wife, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot 21 in R & B Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on August 27, 2020.
