<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 16, 1999 executed by Little B's Corp., a Nebraska\
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and �~
<br />as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #99- 106139 on the 17th day of June, 1999, at .,
<br />the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Summerfield Estates First Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 16, 1999, recorded as
<br />Document #99- 106139 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
