Grantor owns certain real estate located in Grand Island and legally described <br />as Outlot 1, Prairie Commons Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska <br />(the "Grantor Property"). <br />B. Grantor and Grantee have entered into certain agreements relating to the <br />development of the Prairie Commons Subdivision. <br />C. As part of the development of the Prairie Commons Subdivision, Grantee <br />desires to acquire an easement on the Grantor Property in which certain <br />construction and maintenance activities shall take place. <br />D. Grantor desires to grant the easement to Grantee to allow for the construction <br />and maintenance activities on the Grantor Property. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived from <br />the facilities described herein and the further consideration of One and No/ 100 <br />Dollar ($1.00), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby <br />
