Kluver, a single person and Samantha <br />L. Menard, a single person, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other <br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto Thomas E. Babel and Koanne P.
