Irvine, a single person GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND BETTER <br />ESTATE PLANNING, received from GRANTEE, 56 Land & Cattle Co., LLC, a Nebraska <br />Limited Liability Company, conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev.
