Stat. 76-201): <br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (ESE) of <br />Section Twenty-five (25), Township Ten (10) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska; and <br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SNWi) of <br />Section Thirty-six (36), Township Ten (10) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />excepting therefrom the tract of land described in <br />Warranty Deed recorded in Book 151, Page 71 in the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds Office, more particularly <br />described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest <br />corner of said tract, thence easterly along and upon <br />the Northerly boundary thereof a distance of Four <br />Hundred Thirty-five and Six Tenths Feet (435.6'); <br />thence Southerly and parallel with the Westerly side of <br />said tract and at right angles a distance of Two Hun- <br />dred Feet (200'); thence Westerly at right angles and <br />parallel with the Northerly side of said tract a dis- <br />tance of Four Hundred Thirty-five and Six Tenths Feet <br />(435.6'); thence Northerly along and upon the center of <br />the road West of said tract a distance of Two Hundred <br />Feet (200') to the point of beginning. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns <br />forever. <br />Executed j,,avrLl .
