<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by BARTON J WELLS AND
<br />CYNTHIA A WELLS, HUSBAND AND WIFE , to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
