<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed(s) of Trust dated August 04, 2010, May 24, 2019 and February 24th, 2020 and
<br />among DARRELL E JOHNSON JR AND Kelly S JOHNSON; husband and wife, as Trustors,
<br />in which Five Points Bank, whose address is P.O. Box 1507, Grand Island, Ne 68802, which
<br />are recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0201005653 on August 11, 2010, and Instrument No. 201902962 on May 28, 2019, and
<br />Instrument No. 202001325 on February 28, 2020 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the
<br />Deed(s) of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Nine (9), Block Six (6), in Country Club Subdivison in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />Deed(s) of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
