Fay and Tiffany M. Fay, husband and wife, of <br />Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, executed a Deed of Trust dated June 17, 2016, duly <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska <br />on June 20, 2016, as Instrument Number 201603798 of the Mortgage Record, in said <br />office, conveying to <br />CHARTER WEST BANK, <br />certain real estate, in trust, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned <br />therein. Said real estate is described as follows: <br />Lot Three (3), Amick Acres West Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />AND, WHEREAS, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said <br />trust have been fully satisfied; <br />NOW, THEREFORE in consideration of the premises, and the sum of ONE <br />DOLLAR, ($1.00) to it in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, <br />CHARTER WEST BANK, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the present <br />owner or owners the said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said <br />owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest which it has under and by virtue <br />of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust particularly <br />described, reference to which is hereby made for greater certainty. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the privileges <br />and appurtenances thereto belonging forever.
