202005838 <br />AFFIDAVIT <br />The undersigned, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states as follows: <br />1) That the undersigned is a duly qualified and acting attorney and licensed in the State of <br />Nebraska <br />2) That the undersigned represents Ms. Terry Morgan. That on or about March 18, 2020, <br />Veterans 4 Veterans Construction, Inc. filed a Mechanics Lien recorded as document <br />number 78-001284 against parcel # 40001448 legally described as follows to wit: <br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) and the East Forty -One (41) feet <br />of Lot 11, Hagges' Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska and more commonly referred to as 801 Stolley <br />Park Road. <br />3) That pursuant to (Neb. Rev Stat. §52-140) Demand to Institute Proceedings was personally <br />served on Mr. John Larson at Veterans 4 Veterans Construction, Inc. A copy of the same is <br />attached to this Affidavit and made a part hereof. <br />4) That said demand was served on July 7, 2020 by James Gnadt, Process Server. <br />5) That more than thirty (30) days have lapsed since service of the demand and no judicial <br />proceedings have been commenced. <br />6) That pursuant to said statute, said Mechanic's Lien has lapsed. <br />AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NOT. <br />John A.
