<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Duane A. Burns, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association,
<br />whose mailing address is 308 N. Locust Street, Suite 306, Grand Island, NE 68801-5984, is hereby
<br />appointed Successor Trustee under the two Deeds of Trust executed by MARIA C. ACOSTA, a single
<br />person, as Trustor, in which GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, is named as the Beneficiary, dated August 1, 2003, and recorded on August 5, 2003, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, as Nebraska Document Nos. 200310229 and 200310230,
<br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the two Deeds of Trust executed by
<br />MARIA C. ACOSTA, a single person, as Trustor, for GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY,
<br />INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated August 1, 2003, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Document Nos. 200310229 and 200310230, recorded on,
<br />on August 5, 2003 have been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee and Deed of
<br />Reconvevance.
