<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot Six (6), County Subdivision of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) and the East Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(F1/2NF1/4) of Section Five (5), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 61b P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, with a part of said tract being
<br />in the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska, except a parcel deeded to
<br />Meto Snell by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 91, Page 455, a parcel
<br />deeded to Rudolfs Majorins and Velta Majoring by Warranty Deed recorded
<br />in Book 111, Page 302, and parcels deeded to the State of Nebraska by
<br />Warranty Deeds recorded in Book 71, Page 153; Book 71, Page 523 and Book
<br />82, Page 505, said Deeds recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds
<br />Office. Said tract of land, less exceptions being more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the northwest corner of said
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW1/4); thence S 00° 00' 00" W (assumed bearing),
<br />along and upon the west line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1I4), a distance
<br />of Nine Hundred Eighty Two (982.0) feet to a point on the southwesterly
<br />prolongation of the north line of said Lot Six (6), County Subdivision; thence
<br />N 58° 53' 28" E, along and upon the southwesterly prolongation of the north
<br />line of said Lot Six, County Subdivision, a distance of Fifty Eight and Four
<br />Tenths (58.40) feet to the ACTUAL point of beginning, said point being on
<br />the easterly right of way tine of Aida Road, and also being the northwest
<br />corner of said Lot Six (6), County Subdivision; thence continuing N 58° 53;
<br />28" E, along and upon the north line of said Lot Six (6), County Subdivision,
<br />a distance of Forty Five and Sixty Four Hundredths (45.64) feet to the
<br />northeast corner of said Lot Six (6), County Subdivision, said point also
<br />being on the Westerly right of way line of Walnut Street; thence S 31° 01'

<br />said point also being on the easterly right of way line of said Aida Road;
