<br />And whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee as Trustee instead of the said
<br />original Trustee. Therefore, the undersigned, as present Beneficiary, hereby substitutes Nancy L. Loftis, Esq. as
<br />Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
